  • Execute system transactions and data updates across Talent CoE platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters)
  • Manage content and learning assignments in the LMS; provide operational support for Learning & Development activities
  • Configure forms and support performance review cycles, talent calibration, and nomination processes
  • Set up and manage employee engagement surveys; support the reporting and distribution of engagement results.
  • Maintain recruitment system data (SmartRecruiters), manage user permissions, and support dashboard accuracy
  • Create story reports, handle ad hoc data requests, and develop operational documentation (SOPs, user guides)
  • Provide frontline support for HR systems, resolve user issues, and escalate technical problems to vendors or IT when necessary

For this role as a Talent Operations Specialist, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • 1–3 years in HR operations, shared services, or HR systems support.
    Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related fields
  • Strong MS Excel proficiency and ability to work with reports and dashboards
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, LMS, or SmartRecruiters is an asset
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
  • High level of communication skills and strong internal client service orientation
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
