Job Description
Sales strategy and development of Categories:
Finding insights to strengthen segment growth strategy
Participation in the management of the range of segments
Support in the management of Standards for the representation of segments (store checks, merchandizing standards)
Promotion segment management
Participation in the formation and control of the implementation of categorical AOP in terms of NOS and GP (meetings, requests, reports)
Sales strategy and development of Categories in Customers and Channels (workshops, analytics)
Support of processes by Communications with FSF regarding the Categories
In-store activation (search for ideas, cross-functional cooperation)
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic about coffee and tea
- University degree in Economics / Technical / Marketing
- 1+ year of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales
- Good analytical and communicative skills
- Ability to drive results
- English is a plus
