Job Description
What You'll Do
- Ensure the timely supply of finished and semi-finished products to customers and manufacturing sites.
- Create and manage weekly loading plans and coordinate transportation activities.
- Organize international shipments and ensure all customs and export documentation is compliant.
- Act as the first point of contact for transportation and customer supply issues.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock age, and warehouse utilization.
- Manage inbound and outbound flows with co-manufacturing partners.
- Create and manage SAP orders (ZSTO) and resolve system-related issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce logistics costs and improve service levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of thinking and working.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transport planning, logistics, customer service, or supply chain.
- Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, or a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement.

The position is classified in job grade 7 under the Coffee & Tea collective labor agreement (CAO).

About the role:
As a Delivery Planner, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of products across our supply chain. You will coordinate transportation activities, manage inventory performance, and act as the primary point of contact for customers, warehouses, carriers, and co-manufacturing partners. Your mission is to ensure products are delivered on time, at the right cost, and with the highest service levels.
